Our Mission

As a family of Christian believers, our mission here at the Northeast Church of Christ is to love the Lord our God deeply, and to yield to His authority over our lives. This calling drives us to continually grow in our knowledge of Him, and to warmly exhibit love and genuine care for one another. Our love for Jesus compels us to reach out to others, and to serve as faith-filled examples to those who seek His nourishing guidance and care. We will praise God sincerely and often, and take the good news of His Son Jesus to all within our global community.

Haiti Earthquake

Our congregation supports and houses the Ohio office of Hope for Haiti's Children [HFHC] and many of our members area have vital roles in this ministry. Tonya Hunt serves as the U.S. Director of Operations. Phil Smith, Dr. Don Henderson, and Ken Bever currently serve on the HFHC Board of Directors. Many Northeast families sponsor children through HFHC in the Port-au-Prince area. Please join with us in praying and assisting the thousands impacted by the devastating earthquake in Port-au-Prince. Specific prayer requests will be posted on the HFHC Web site at www.HopeForHaitisChildren.org
