Our Leadership Our Ministers:
	Grady Smith Preaching, Evangelism, & Visitation Grady Smith has been preaching at Northeast since 1982. He has an undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University and a Master's degree in Theology from Cincinnati Bible Seminary. During his time at Northeast, Grady has witnessed extraordinary growth in the congregation. Times have changed, staff has been added, and he's witnessed 3 building programs. But the focus of his effort remains the same: a Christ-centered ministry and message. Grady continues to be passionate about his ministry in the pulpit and classroom, and is also enthusiastic about building bridges of outreach and service into the community, especially through Northeast's Ambassador Team. One-on-one relationship building is a focal point of his work, and visitation remains a priority as well. "Northeast's strengths are many," he says, "but one of our most valued treasures is our people. We are blessed with so many Christ-like volunteers. Christ working and serving through this diverse group of people is a beautiful thing to behold."
	Tim Tripp Family Ministry Tim joined the staff of Northeast in 1996 as the youth minister. In 2005 he made the transition from youth to family ministry. As a family minister, he is focused on helping Christian families with the Biblical task of raising godly offspring (Malachi 2:15). Developing families that can be examples of godly marriage and godly parenting is an important goal of this ministry. He also leads the Connection Groups that plan activities, devotionals, service projects and outreach endeavors. Tim loves to sing and is one of the primary worship leaders at Northeast. Tim has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harding University. He is a professional counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Butler University, Indiana. Tim offers personal Christian counseling services fully rooted in God's word. Tim met Lenore at Harding and they married in 1987. Lenore shares Tim’s passion for families and also has her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. They have three children, Sam, Anna, and Lizzy. Click here to read Tim's Blog
	Patrick Williams Youth Minister Patrick Williams has a Bachelors degree from Harding University and a Masters degree in Ministry from Harding University. Patrick has been at Northeast since 2006. Patrick is passionate about using class time, service opportunities, and group trips to build a teen ministry that is focused on Christ.
